Courtyard By Marriott Fresno Hotel

The staff was super helpful, especially amanda, who guided us on parking our trailer. Our room was bright, facing the lovely courtyard. Having a restaurant on-site was perfect after a long day of travel.

I have stayed many times before in this hotel when in this area, and always know what to expect I like the consistency and clean atmosphere,easy access and parking, nice pool area and jacuzzi, grounds kept up and location to all business and entertainment etc...

I thought they used to offer complimentary breakfast coffee , cereal, etc. in the dining area....

That it didn't have a complementary breakfast.

I had a brief overnight stay during a busy sports weekend. I appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff who helped us with our needs, especially after a long day. The on-site dining options were convenient, allowing us to grab a meal after our travels. I found the room's cleanliness could be improved, as there were some stains on the beds.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was bright and had sliding glass doors. Dining options on-site made it easy after long travels. The check-in process was quick and smooth.

The room was very comfortable, wonderful bed, pillows. Wonderful courtyard view.

Carpet was a little worn, otherwise great room.

Quiet place, a bit secluded from the city traffic

I appreciated the clean and bright atmosphere throughout the hotel. The open common areas were well lit and inviting.

More accessible seating in common areas would be helpful.

Can't recommend highly enough for short visits

Clean room, helpful staff, with a restaurant on-site that allowed us to enjoy a meal without having to drive anywhere after a long day.

Everything went smoothly.

The young lady at the desk was very kind and helpful. The mattress was very comfortable. The room was large with a full sofa, chair and desk. It was fairly quiet. I had a balcony overlooking the courtyard which was very nice. I felt safe there.

I didn't like the "mattress pad". It was a small quilt of sorts that wrinkled under the sheets and was quite annoying. I'm not usually a "Princess and the Pea" type of person. The tv was on a dresser to the side of the bed. If I was sitting on the couch, it was great because it was directly in front of me. But, lying in bed, I had to lay on my left side to see it, or on my back with my neck turned sharply. It gave me a neck ache. TV placement was uncomfortable.

Initially hard to find--poor signage. Would have been better with a complimentary breakfast & coffee.

Request a room facing the courtyard to enjoy a quieter atmosphere away from parking lot noise.

Price was bery reasonable.

Even though the room looked clean ot smelled stale.

Bed was excellent, as was availability of table top surface in the room and full length mirror.

Location was not clear from Shaw. Breakfast options were limited. A telephone directory in the room would have helped located local facilities.

Perfect spot for a weary traveler

The room was bright with a nice view, and the restaurant on-site was a lifesaver after a long drive. The staff was super friendly, especially Amanda, who helped me out with parking and lunch suggestions. Just wish the bathroom could use some sprucing up.
